Welcome. This blog is more like a learning journal that captures some of the work, research, interested articles and knowledgebase from my day to day involvement as an information management professional, a management consultant, an entrepreneur and a PhD student.
Art Group Limited was a company I co-found and was awarded incubation at HK Cyberport IncuTrain Center in Dec 2009, and in Nov 2010 (less than a year), and has received two major awards for its achievement. One was being named a winner in the prestigious Red Herring Asia 100 innovative startup company in Asia Pacific. The other is with Asia Pacific Mobile Learning and Edutainment Advisory Panel (part of LTTCom.com and GoMobile.my) recognising contribution to Mobile Learning Initiatives.
Led by myself, our research conceptual framework HELP (published in collaboration with the Knowledge Management Research Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) has been commercialized as the Class Booking application (at ClassBooking.com) now being offered Beta commercial trial service in Hong Kong as http://OpenClass.hk
In parallel to this entrepreneurial and exciting opportunty, I am Blue Ocean Strategy representative in HK with UCSI Blue Ocean Strategy Regional Center as their partner in offering official Blue Ocean Strategy training and consulting. I am currently enrolled in PhD program at Lancaster University at their Center of Studies of Advanced Learning Technologies in their Cohort 5.
I am currently working as a part-time Executive Director for a charity in Hong Kong called Kids4Kids Limited and I am also an elected Vice President for The Entrerpreneurs’ Network (www.ten.org.hk) and a Exco Committee Member for the PTA at my daughter’s school.
